Wow what a weekend!
Mr Amour and I started the weekend early by traveling down to London on Friday morning. We checked into our apartment and headed off to the Natural History Museum as he'd never been and it was always one of my favourite places to visit as a child. We then had some gorgeous food and an early night ZZZzzzZZZzzz.

Saturday...todays the day! Started with breakfast and hair setting. We then went to meet up with some friends that had just arrived from back home for a few cheeky nerve calming Prosecco's. Yes I have no shame in going to the pub with my hair in pin curls!
All performers had been advised to be as ready as they could to go on stage as the dressing room was quite small. Back at the apartment I chilled out and painted my face whilst I left everyone at the pub : (
I've arrived at the stunning Karma Sanctum hotel in Soho, so glad I got ready before hand as they were right the dressing room was TINY!!! Especially for so many performers with lots of luggage, we were all climbing over each other, it would have been ace to watch from above.
After what seemed like forever if was time to change into my first costume for the early show. Next I'm up on stage, made a huge old mess, covering everyone in the two front rows in Cava and I'm done, time for show number two. This time I was performing my newest act, only the second time I'd performed it and the first time in London. How'd it go? DIGGILICIOUSLY!

After the show I had a beautiful young lady ask if she could have a photo with me, of course I said yes and we had a little chat about her starting burlesque classes. I always love when people are that impressed by my work. A few day later I had a lovely message from her on insta and she kindly sent me the photo that was taken.

Sunday....well we were all a little worse for wear that day as we all went for drinks after the show and didn't go to bed till 4am! But we dragged ourselves out of bed and met in Camden. Lets just say hair of the dog and food from the market made us all (well most of us) feel more human again!
In the evening a small group headed to Brixton to go to a place called Hootananny's. This pub/music hall was amazing, with reggae bands playing all night, singing, dancing and people playing pool with the most delicious food vendors outside. This was seriously the best food after a night out I have ever tasted!

Monday, all exhausted it was time to finally go home ZZZzzzZZZ.
This weekend created some new amazing opportunities and I met some fabulous performers and beautiful people. LBF you were amazing!
